Our Presenter: Dorothy Miraglia, SPHR

 Dorothy Miraglia is the Director of Benefit Solutions for AlphaStaff Group, Inc., a market leader in    Human Resource business process outsourcing for small and mid-size companies. Her responsibilities include a specific focus on the design, funding and pricing of health and welfare programs, defined contribution plans and other related HR value based initiatives.  Prior to AlphaStaff, Ms. Miraglia most recently served as the Director of Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and HR Administration for Vanguard Car Rental USA Inc. Ms. Miraglia has over twenty-five years of health planning and benefits administration experience.

In addition to attaining her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Ms. Miraglia is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) and World at Work.
